Give your wardrobe a little taste of the Orient with this dress by Balmain. And that is: Oriental-inspired. This piece is a sexy mini dress that screams “hot night out”. Add sexy thigh high boots and a killer clutch and you are ready to turn heads: your hubby’s and everyone else’s! Read on to shop the pieces!!!

Adorned

5 Oct

The gold bars on this gray Givenchy sweater inspired me to find more edgy adornments for this ensemble. The Moschino clutch was a perfect fit with its embroidery, appliqués, and, gold hardware. Golden Dolce & Gabbana earrings and spiked Louboutins add another great touch.  I decided on red leather pants to add a bit more edge to the outfit although a par of jeans would work as well. Hot Date

Remember the sexier you feel, the sexier you are going to be to him! Body con dresses such as this bandage dress are excellent for making a woman feel and look their hottest. Another trick to is to wear a sexy bra and panty set under the dress but you have to make sure your significant other sees you getting dressed (if he can’t be there to see, send a sexy pic of you in the dress captioned “What I’m wearing” and then an even sexier pic in the bra and panty set captioned “What I’m wearing underneath”). He’ll be daydreaming about “what’s underneath” all night! HaHa! The magazine-inspired clutch will have you feeling even more like the top model you are. Read on to shop the pieces!!!

Witch Doctor

24 Sep

When I was a young girl, my cousin came to visit from Sweden. She was older than me and I was instantly in awe of her. I loved her accent, her beauty, and the fact that she was so different from everyone I knew at the time. I sat mesmerized as she told me stories of her work with a major record label and her travels around the world. As she told me about a trip to Africa, she removed a necklace from around her neck and gifted it to me. Recalling how she bought it from an actual witch doctor, she told me that it was a charm that was meant to prevent sickness. I wore that necklace everyday after and never took it off even when I showered. It eventually broke (probably because I never took it off) and I was so disheartened. I also immediately caught a cold! HaHa! Whether this was truly a magical necklace or if my mind was playing tricks on me, I will never know.

The statement necklace in this set reminds me of that necklace and my dear cousin Sofia. I decided to pair it with a funky ensemble that is, in my opinion, great for a date night or even a Girls Night Out (or a Girls Night In offered by the hubby). I love this leather jacket which would function as a top for this outfit. The necklace would look great sitting within that neckline. Pair the jacket with a monochrome print skirt and this becomes an outfit so hot that your man (and anyone else’s) will drop dead when you enter the room! Continue accessorizing with a similar statement bracelet, clutch, and sexy pumps. Read on to shop the pieces!!!

No Sweat

21 Sep

Looking chic is no sweat with this leather sweatshirt by Givenchy! I simply adore this top paired with sweats-inspired tuxedo pants similar to these by Proenza Schouler. Add monochrome accessories that play into the theme of the look. A pair of black and white animal-print pumps like the ones shown here by Aquazzura are perfect to break up the monotony of the look a bit. Read on to shop the pieces!!!

Up Or Down

It’s obvious that I love this Kenzo print! I actually created this set awhile ago but neglected to post it. I love these pants as they can be dressed up or down. If you follow this blog, you know that I often choose pieces that add versatility to your wardrobe. Dress these colorful animal print pants up with a crop top, tuxedo-like blazer, and sexy black pumps such as the ones featured here. Dress down with a cropped t-shirt and wedges sneakers. Queen of the Jungle

17 Sep

Ok, ok … if you haven’t noticed I have a thing for the feline-inspired. Haha! I’m a Leo! What do ya expect? This set features a gilded-lion Versace Versus tank that I absolutely LOVE! I chose to pair it with a orange leather skirt by Richard Nicoll for a little sex appeal. The open-toe booties by Zanotti are to die for. The multi-colored snakeskin clutch helps to bring all of the pieces together. Pair with golden and purple jewelry to really set this outfit off. This ‘fit screams “Girls Night Out” to me. Copy Cat

11 Sep

It’s quite alright to be a copy cat when donning matching feline prints. This River Island peplum top sports an attached leopard print belt. Since red and animal print go together so well, I thought what the hell … why not pair with Karen Millen skinny jeans in matching leopard print. Nude Louboutin heels balance this outfit nicely.
